I am Jeroen Timmermans. For about a decade I enjoyed working in HR at various multinationals. I had the privilege of being involved in many interesting projects at European and global level. Much of my work had to do with the development of employees, but I was not deeply involved in the development of individuals. This is why in the beginning of 2017, I started my own company in coaching and training.
My client base is mostly companies which vary in size from 50 to 250,000 employees and represent different industries. My work experience is mostly international. All my work is related to personal leadership and leadership development. I have an above-average interest in loss & transition, and cross cultural collaboration. Therefore, I am regularly asked to do assignments in which behavior and change, international complexity or cultural differences play a role. The fact that my family represents two cultures and we speak three languages, creates a nice interaction between the two.
As coach I am a member of the Dutch branch (NOBCO) of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). I have committed myself to the ethical code of conduct of both organizations.
